Sweat Sessions with Charlie Meredith: Strength and Stretch

Kick-off the first of four exclusive sweat sessions on September 9th. This is a full body strength class with an emphasis of core and compound movements using a variety of equipment. Set to a fire playlist, expect to sweat—the workout is designed for athletes looking to take their fitness goals to the next level. Post strength, there is a 10-15 min active stretch for athletic longevity and sustainability. This is a feel-good workout designed to tone the body, energize the mind, and elevate the spirit.

After class, enjoy refreshments from Saturday Sessions.
