CitySweat is a one-hour full body workout class that blends dance cardio, HIIT cardio and sculpt. Meghan has combined her training in ballet, hip-hop and fitness to create a fun and challenging class for all abilities and levels! You do not have to be a dancer to take this class. CitySweat class is filled with energetic music, positive messages and people who want to have fun working out!
