In Forrest Yoga, our mission is to mend the rainbow hoop of the people. To bring people together for their own healing and the healing of the community at large through yoga and meditation practices. During Pride month, it feels important to bring this medicine to everybody. The rainbow hoop of the people includes all people, and these sessions are for you, no matter who you are, where you are from, or your ability. We have split the day up so that you can join in for individual sessions no matter what your schedule is.

Walking The Path Of Your Spirit
This session will begin with a meditation ceremony to get clear on the path we want to follow in our life and how we can use our innate gifts to further that goal. After the meditation, we will work through a Forrest Yoga sequence to awaken your body, fire up your legs and get you excited about living the life that you choose!
Heal Your Back
Learning to meet the needs of the body sounds basic, but can be so hard to do. This class will focus on using Forrest Yoga tools to work through some of the issue areas in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Learn some amazing yoga and movement practices to work into some of these areas and ask questions about what you can do for you back.

When our communities come together with music, rhythm, and movement, healing can happen. This flow class will warm you up and then get you moving with your breath, to feel your blood sparkle up from within, and connect to the warmth and beauty of this moving practice. This is the celebration of our time together.
We will begin this session with a Yoga Nidra meditation to connect you to a place of resplendent natural beauty. This sanctuary will be the energy we work into the gentle restorative poses before finishing with a guided meditation to bring you into a restful state.
