Join WK Fitness founder, Walter “Champ" as he leads a cultural dance cardio experience set to a live drum performance. Rooted in the rhythm and energy of accompanying drums, this forty-five minute class will lead attendees through effective strength routines, energetic dance sequences and a final booty building push. All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to join; non-dancers, seasoned dancers and anyone wanting a high intensity workout. Light refreshments will follow.
