HIGH VIBE FOODS FOR A HIGH VIBE DAY + MOOD
Lisa will lead a short talk about the super important connection between the food we eat and it's powerful effect on both your and your child's brain, mood, sleep, clarity of mind, immune system, and mental health. You'll also discover the superstar potential of a daily practice and how we can model this for our kids: simple shifts in how we meet our day, the food we eat, and the way we care for ourselves can add up to a whole new joy and positivity as parents and partners/spouses.
HIGH VIBE PARENTING SKILLS + STRATEGIES
Sue will guide guests in a mini-workshop that will help you successfully navigate the everyday stress and anxiety that inevitably comes from being a parent. You'll become a parenting powerhouse as you gather strategies, skills, and scripts to add to your arsenal of good communication with your kids (did we also mention spouses, partners, and grandparents?).
The afternoon will wrap up with teas and treats from some of our favorite kid + parent wellness brands, laughter, and some fun photo opps.
