Serena Tom is a teacher at Equinox in New York City, where her class style is based on the Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Vinyasa teachings. Athletic Yoga is a fun, challanging and strengthening yoga class that combines the healing benefits of a strong and vigorous yoga flow, along with high intensity interval training (HIIT), core strengthening, and meditation at the end.
