The #metoo and #timesup movements have empowered people to speak out, they have elevated the conversation around domestic and sexual violence, and they've made it clear that these issues aren’t just women’s issues. They’re human issues, business issues, community issues, and public health issues. Now, it's #timetoheal.
Join us for this one hour long trauma informed yoga class designed specifically for survivors of domestic violence / sexual assault but open to all. Students will be invited to connect their mind and body through breath and movement. Classes include breathing exercises, yoga poses and guided relaxation.
