AKILA workouts are an opportunity to sweat it out with your new and old friends. The workouts are circuit based, drawing on both aerobic and anaerobic capacity (HIIT) Great for all levels of fitness. The music and camaraderie will have you smiling from ear to ear, and wondering where did that last hour go?!!
