What is 60/70?
60/70 is a full body workout combining plyometric and weighted exercises to maximize muscular endurance, and strength.
The 60/70 workout is currently used all over the Broadway circuit in Hamilton, Kinky Boots, The Lion King, Cats, and across the country on a variety of tours and cruises.
The 60/70 workout will leaving you sweating, and smiling for all 45 minutes of this HIIT class.

Equal parts athlete, actor, and energizer bunny, Anthony Crouchelli brings his varied and extensive background to Rumble. He’s a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, and was a professional soccer player in Austria.
Combining an elite athletic background with his love of performing, Anthony has made a name for himself training many of the most talented actors on Broadway as well as the small and large screen.
Relentlessly positive, Anthony brings a lot of heart to the classroom, reminding us all to inhale the good sh*t and exhale the bullsh*t.
