Samantha Mochizuki initially discovered yoga through a wrist injury from snowboarding in California back in 2003. There was a shift in perspective after moving to NYC almost 10 years ago and navigating the rapid pace of the city. Not only did she develop a deeper appreciation in the physical aspect of the practice, but learned mindfulness, self-inquiry, acceptance, and the sense of community.
Samantha completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training program in Baptiste yoga at Lyons Den Power Yoga(RYS) in NYC in 2015. Also trained in hands-on assisting through the Baptiste Institute, Samantha loves sharing this practice of empowerment through both teaching & assisting
