This donation based workshop will go towards Yoga Foster, a non-profit organization helping give teachers the tools, resources, training to bring movement and mindfulness to kids in the classroom!
A little information on our instructor Amanda Bates: I practice to strengthen the connection between mind and body. I love the process of creating space and moving with ease. Yoga helps me to develop a sense of balance, both on and off my mat. My classes focus on finding the balance between strength and flexibility. We will move fluidly with both the body and breath.
Certifications: 200 hour YTT with Mona Warner at Janati Yoga School.
