8.2.3 HIIT and Heal

This 60 minute high intensity interval training and recovery class is designed to give you total control over your most valuable asset, your body. This class is packed with muscle building, fat burning, and core carving movements and concludes with a muscle relieving, tension releasing portion to revitalize you and get you ready for the rest of the day. The class starts with dynamic body-weight movements that challenge your balance and prep your muscles and nervous system for the workout. The strength/cardio portion has 8 strength exercises and 8 cardio exercises that will be performed for 20 to 30 seconds each. This class uses your body weight, resistance bands, and various forms of external resistance to challenge your cardio respiratory system and maximize your strength.
