What better way to spend a Sunday than swapping and talking plants with fellow NYC Houseplant Enthusiasts?
On Sunday, October 1st from 2:30PM-5:30PM, we’ll be gathering at Lululemon’s Hub17 to swap plants and stories for #NYCPlantSwap17. Just bring a pest-free, beautiful plant, or two or three for trade; they can be potted or bare root—as long as you’re prepared to part with them!
Not in NYC? Tune into the live Q&A session from 3:00-3:45PM with Summer Rayne Oakes of Homestead Brooklyn and Christopher Satch from The Sill, and moderated by Emma Loewe of MindBodyGreen. Virtual audience members can tune into the live feed @homesteadbrooklyn and ask questions along the way.
Salads will be provided by Sweetgreen. Ticket sales will benefit the Espiritu Tierra Community Garden in Williamsburg—so the community can enjoy green both inside and out!
Run of Show:
2:30-3:00PM - check-in and dive into Sweetgreen salads
3:00PM-3:45PM - panel on plants
