High intensity meets low intensity with top coaches from The P.E. Club!

By the end of January, will you still be on track with your fitness & wellness goals? Nedra Lopez & Holly Goodwin want to help you end January on a high note.

Join them in an hour-long workshop at Lululemon on 17th & 5th, which will begin as a Tabata-style workout with short intervals of high intensity to get the heart pumping. The workout will then morph into a recovery/ flow. The workout will be followed by a chat on balance and a Q&A.
