This 60-minute workshop incorporates aspects of boxing, kick-boxing and Muay Thai including technique, endurance training and body-weight exercises. You will learn how to throw basic boxing and striking combinations while constantly moving to improve stamina and burn the maximum amount of calories. The workshop is all levels, fast-pace, high-energy and sure to leave you lean, toned and strong while pushing both physical and mental limits.
