Rove's workshop is an active recovery workshop; integrating proper foam rolling technique with a core intensive workout. This workshop teaches dynamic warm-up/cool-down strategies, as well as a purposeful sequence for self-myofascial release. This sequence includes a high-speed interval workout, incorporating the foam roller for series of bodyweight and plyometric movements. ----This 60-minute program is designed to release tight muscles, improve core strength, and work up a sweat.
