Training for your next half, full, or even just a 5k? Unsure of how to best prep, fuel, and recover your body as you train? Join running and nutrition coach (and lululemon ambassador!) Dani Sturtz for a series that will help you safely push your body's limits! Gain new tools to feel in control pre, mid, and post run, and walk away with a new understanding of best practices to ensure proper prep and recovery throughout your distance training.

$20 per class OR $35 for both.
