Founded by Brian Ripka, the RIPPED Training Method is the ultimate High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) experience: a non-stop, heart pounding, 50-minute workout that leaves your body drenched, your muscles fatigues and your mind at peace. The workouts are intense, and the results are amazing. RIPPED has been open in Westchester, NY since 2014 and is opening in Manhattan (Upper East Side) this September.
