The Axle Workout is a full body workout that will transform your body in only 50 minutes. Our instructors, led by Andrew Page and Lauren Bustos, will help sculpt your frame through flexibility, strength and cardio focused on dynamic movement. Every Axle Workout is a choreographed small group fitness session using the Axle, a customized lightweight training bar with unique rolling functionality designed to benefit users of any skill level.
