Sweat & Feast Workshop with RALABALA

Join us for an energy packed afternoon, hosted by RALABALA and lululemon athletica Flatiron NYC, which will include a fun and challenging workout (SWEAT) followed by a tasting of some delicious and healthy RALABALA recipes (FEAST). 
What is a Sweat & Feast:

Sweat and Feast is the art of sweating in community with others (your tribe) and then enjoying a delicious meal together, that includes only high quality and beneficial ingredients.  We are stronger when we work together and by not only sweating as a group, but taking the time to "feast" together afterwards.
The Sweat:
The workout will be a bodyweight workout structured to challenge you and push you past your limits while having options for every fitness level. Our goal with this workout is to get together in community to sweat, laugh, and meet new like minded people. We will have a blast and work HARD! Come out and have fun with us, you will not regret it.
The Feast:

After a tough workout it is critical you give your body the fuel and healing nutrients it craves - to help you get stronger and healthier.  When we feast together we are continuing our community goal of growing as one and supporting each others journey.   We will be serving up some delicious recipes from as well as sharing recipes and tips for making them.
