Marta teaches a combination of yoga posture work, breath and meditation practices that inspire working inwards, and focus on the energy centres that are concerned with contentment, gratitude, self-acceptance and compassion. Sallyann applies practical, exercises in the same areas, empowering people to choose happiness.
