Join NY Mag Superhuman trainer,  Neil Totton for 3 body boosting and good vibe workouts in May. 


Totton Body Lab was designed by Neil Totton based on the science of rhythmic high-intensity training.  Set to music the workout fuses bodyweight movements, Pilates, and utilizes a portable resistance bar. 
 It's an intense heart-pumping total body workout created to build a strong bodies with improved posture and flexibility.
