The purpose of the Heart Beat Movement is to provide a safe space for people of all levels of fitness as we guide you through new ways of moving and breathing in order to release limiting patterns of thinking and being and to cultivate a deeper connection to spirit.


The sound of live drumming sets the rhythm, linking us to the steadiness of our own beating heart and connecting us to one another.


Movement, meditation and breath techniques are specifically sequenced to help us gradually, safely and joyfully open to states of deep relaxation and healing.
