Mindfulness through Yin Yoga & Meditation

In this workshop, we will introduce the four foundations of mindfulness by exploring  the mind, body and heart in a 60 minute yin yoga class followed by a 15 minute formal seated practice with 30 minutes to share reflections, insights and questions on practice and method.
