Attention moms and dads, superstar trainer Tamara Pridgett has designed a 60 minute strength training/conditioning/HIIT workout for new moms and dads (or moms and dads to be). Open to all levels, just make sure that if you’re with child the doctor has given you the green light to get sweaty. If you already have kids, leave them at home!
