'Bells and Bowls is a 75 minute workshop led by Dyan Tsiumis (aka DFierce). Attendees will experience a 45 minute high intensity interval workout with using dumbBELLS and kettleBELLS. Your heart will be pumping, your energy lifted all to super FIERCE beats.
Following the workout there will be a 30 minute Tibetan Healing Bowls meditation. This is a tradition that is thousands of years old that allows sound and vibration to flow through your body allowing restoration to the body's natural state of peace and ease.
This workshop is open to all fitness/meditation levels.
There will be an exchange of $20 directly with teacher upon arriving.
