Peak Power is a class designed by Caitlin Lavelle, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RYT200, to develop yogis' strength, stability and endurance. 

Designed to enhance your yoga practice, you'll leave this class sweaty while keeping your body supple and strong--all without gym machines! We integrate yoga props and unique moves designed to complement and counterbalance any yogi’s flexibility and practice.
