Have you ever noticed the scaffolding above you on the way to work? Did you see it as an obstacle in your way or an opportunity for exploration? By training Parkour you will start to see the entire city as your obstacle course!
During this workshop you will learn the basics of parkour through movements such as jumping, vaulting, rolling, swinging, and climbing. Together, we will tackle movement challenges and leave feeling sweaty and stronger!
