Brittany, in partnership with Ketanga Fitness, will be leading a high-intensity fusion of cardio and leg, glute, and arm toning exercises. After the burn, class will conclude with a deep yoga cool down and stretch to target your whole body and give you an idea of what to expect on Britanny's upcoming fitness retreat, Tone Up in Tulum!
After class, Sweetgreen will be providing some post-workout fuel including their delicious Guacamole Greens Salad to munch on while we answer questions about Britanny's upcoming trip!
