Mindfulness Meditation with Jackie Stewart

Join us on Friday mornings to breathe, connect, and rediscover the world around us with a renewed sense of freshness. The hustle and bustle of daily city life can leave us feeling distracted and disconnected from ourselves and others, so we invite you to set this time aside to return to your center. Each class, meditation teacher Jackie Stewart will gently guide us through conscious breathing exercises, mindful awareness, and a contemplation for daily living.

Mindfulness is great for all levels of experience and is known to reduce stress and increase productivity. Additional health benefits include positive body awareness, self-awareness, regulation of emotion, and regulation of attention. Beginning meditators are always welcome. 

Jackie Stewart is a meditation teacher at MNDFL, New York City’s premier meditation studio, and the host of The Interdependence Project’s interactive online meditation, Sit Anywhere Sundays. She brings mindfulness into action through involvement in social activism, leading corporate meditations, and philanthropic work.
