Meet Barre Intensity's Mater Trainer, Celeste G. at the barre for a workout that will make you not only strengthen and burn, but also SWEAT! This class is infused with pilates and strength training fundamentals while adding a cardio component to increase the heart rate and get you working past your comfort zone. 

Expect to learn:

Proper alignment, breath work, proper stretch technique, meditation, and have fun!!
