A little bit of yoga and mindful can help eradicate your funk .
Because of our hyperconnected lives and the “work more with less” corporate demands, an increasing number of Americans are all funked-up, stressed out and overworked. Our addiction to technology is magnifying our stress and anxiety levels and is also wreaking havoc on our bodies. Many of the students that we work with suffer from degenerating posture from slumping over a desk and various computer devices for most of the day.
Happy Health Habits, taught by Brian Nygard and Will Schneider, is a series of carefully tailored yoga and mindfulness practices that address and will help you overcome the most common daily doldrums that affect most Americans. This two hour workshop will utilize various techniques that have proven to dramatically shift one’s awareness, energy levels and feelings. Other benefits of these techniques are, but are not limited to: increase in creativity, greater focus and attention, less drama, more patience and compassion, and overall better health and well being.
$20 for the workshop in exchange with the instructors
