Fit for Prevention Wellness day

We just signed up to join the @Fit4Prevention movement for breast cancer prevention! 

 We’re hosting two donation workshops on  10/15 to benefit Keep a Breast Foundation. 

Our favorite teachers Ceasar Barajas and KG Gundling will each be leading a workshop for @Fit4Prevention Day benefitting keep a breast foundation.

11:30am- 12:30pm: Yoga with Ceasar

12:30- 2:30pm: Music and refreshments.

2:30-3:30pm: HIIT session with KG

$20 suggested donation.
