FHIT Fundamental workshop will provide in depth instruction and hands-on form correction focused on movements that are the foundation of our Signature FHIX classes. We will break down bodyweight movements such as burpees, squats, push-ups, as well as swings, one arm rows and deadlifts utilizing kettlebells. We will end with a Fundamental FHIX featuring a 5 - 7 minute high intensity effort incorporating the moves taught that day.
