Yoga Flow with Eve

Yoga Flow with Eve

Flowing with Eve will leave you sweaty and bright. Feel alive through the movement, pull energy through your body, and leave feeling renewed.

A true mind over body experience, we will work with breath, mantra, and movement to create an experience in which we can come together to balance our bodies and minds.

Athlete. Legend. WARRIOR (or as we yogis say: Virabhadrasana;)).

It was her love of yoga that brought Eve to her love of SoulCycle. That high that drapes you after rolling up your mat from a strong practice was the same high she left the room with each time she rode a SoulCycle bike. The feeling was uncanny and the experience so different, yet so similar.

And while 15 years of yoga practice informed her teaching on the bike, it wasn’t until this year that she finally carved out the time and created the space to get her 200hr certification through Laughing Lotus here in NYC.

Eve’s yoga practice inspired and influenced the way she crafted her SoulCycle classes, so it feels full circle to be to be teaching at her second home, Hub Seventeen.

$20 for class. First come first serve.
