This workshop introduces functional range conditioning principles to a group setting. Individuals can expect to learn about articular health and injury prevention, to meet a community dedicated to improving overall movement quality, and to experience a practice that helps make us all more human. Kinstretch can help everyone from individuals seeking to reduce pain to individuals trying to enhance athletic performance. 

Ross is a strength coach splitting his time between personal training, Equinox group fitness, and Crossfit 212. For the month of May and June, Ross and MOTIV NY will be offering a free weekly Kinstretch workshop because everyone should have access to information that can change their lives. Combining an elite athletic background with his love of performing, Anthony has made a name for himself training many of the most talented actors on Broadway as well as the small and large screen.

Relentlessly positive, Anthony brings a lot of heart to the classroom, reminding us all to inhale the good sh*t and exhale the bullsh*t.

Through the powers of meditation, music, yoga, and art, our leaders create the space for empathy and active listening.

Many of the movements in BodyART™ are inspired by yoga, pilates, tai chi, martial arts and tribal dance creating a synergy of physical training and mental relaxation. Classes are designed to meet the needs of each individual by offering multiple levels of difficulty for each exercise in this challenging barefoot workout.  BodyART was created by Robert Steinbacher.

Becca Pace is a well renowned NYC Fitness Instructor who comes from a theatrical and dance background. With this practice, true awareness brings the experience of peace and expansion, and the physiology undergoes a change as every cell in the body is filled with more prana flowing. This results in joy, peace, and enthusiasm as the level of energy in the body increases.

When we heal the mind, we also heal the physical body. Bringing serenity and a healthier way of living.

BIO: Isabela teaches through the wisdom of love and awareness the awakening of our true self through her guidance and methods of mindfulness and prana healing. She has been trained in the theravada Buddhist meditation since 2006 and as a certified Reiki Master. And after her own awakening, she began teaching about the truth of our being.
