FRIDAY NIGHT FLOW + REIKI FOR GIRLS' EDUCATION
September 8th, 2017 6:30-8pm at HUB seventeen

Join the Souljourn Yoga team for a Friday night of giving to yourself while giving back to others!

Learn about the issues surrounding girls' education in developing countries, move and sweat in an all-levels vinyasa yoga class and unwind and recharge with reiki and aromatherapy.  All proceeds from this afternoon will go directly to the Souljourn Yoga Foundation.

Souljourn Yoga is a 501c(3) Non-Profit Organization with a focus on raising awareness and funds for girls' education in developing countries through global yoga retreats and local events. For every participant going on a Souljourn Yoga Retreat, $300-500 of the total amount of the cost of retreat will be donated directly to the participating girls organization that we will be meeting, embracing, and learning about on our trip abroad. BodyART™ is a holistic, functional, mindbody workout combining strength, cardio, flexibility and classical breathing techniques.  Based on the principles of Yin and Yang and the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, bodyART™ training creates a dynamic link between - active and passive movement creating a greater sense of balance in the body. Many of the movements in BodyART™ are inspired by yoga, pilates, tai chi, martial arts and tribal dance creating a synergy of physical training and mental relaxation. Classes are designed to meet the needs of each individual by offering multiple levels of difficulty for each exercise in this challenging barefoot workout.  BodyART was created by Robert Steinbacher.

Becca Pace is a well renowned NYC Fitness Instructor who comes from a theatrical and dance background. Becca began her fitness career teaching Barre and Deep Extreme for Equinox for several years before transitioning to teaching bodyART and other functional training formats at Body & Pole, Lifetime Sky Athletic Club and Broadway Dance Center. Becca can also be seen on www.dailyburn.com/365 instructing daily live streamed workouts and is the creator of Barre Harmony, a comprehensive barre fitness program for Daily Burn. Combining an elite athletic background with his love of performing, Anthony has made a name for himself training many of the most talented actors on Broadway as well as the small and large screen.
