Yoga is a whole system, practice, and study to know you truly are.  The deeper principles of Yoga are rooted in universal teachings.  This includes four spiritual pathways derived from Indian systems: Bhakti (of Devotion and Divine Love), Karma (selfless action), Gnana/Jnana (wisdom and knowledge of the Self), and Raja (of the mind) Yoga.

These pathways are uniquely designed for each individual, and this two-hour workshop will guide you to know an overview of each system through theory and application.

3PM    THE SUGAR DETOX DIET with Lorraine Kearney

With sugar added to 80% of foods in a supermarket, it can be hard to get away from it. This sneaky ingredient has been linked to many illnesses which can prevent us from living a full and healthy life. Leaky gut, inflammation, weight gain, adrenal fatigue, bloating, weakened immunity, digestive discomfort, premature aging, anxiety, and mental fog are just some of the side effects sugar can have on the body.

LKN’s Sugar Detox Challenge is an all natural holistic approach to reset gut health, purifying the body and mind. A 21 day program is created using whole foods to organically restore the microbiome to improve immune response and to decrease inflammation. At the end of the program, you will feel energized, your food habits will be changed, and your taste buds will no longer crave the sweet or salty foods they once did!

Transcendence Through MINDFULNESS

"Dharma for the Novice"

PROGRAM: This session will guide you through a journey of liberation by connecting you to your awakening power and releasing of all negative thoughts which are the causes of suffering. These thoughts arrest us into forgetting our true loving nature, blocking our flow and universal connection through consciousness.

With this practice, true awareness brings the experience of peace and expansion, and the physiology undergoes a change as every cell in the body is filled with more prana flowing. This results in joy, peace, and enthusiasm as the level of energy in the body increases.

When we heal the mind, we also heal the physical body. Bringing serenity and a healthier way of living.

BIO: Isabela teaches through the wisdom of love and awareness the awakening of our true self through her guidance and methods of mindfulness and prana healing. She has been trained in the theravada Buddhist meditation since 2006 and as a certified Reiki Master. And after her own awakening, she began teaching about the truth of our being.

She is currently working on a book about enlightenment and healing through the mastery of embracing the power of love and equality. More on the instructor at beingluminous.org.
