 Bryna Caracinno's REHAB: This 35 minute class is designed to rehabilitate the mind, body and spirit through mental training, the speed of music (BPM), higher intensity resistance training and animal/power yoga flow. This class is designed to push you outside of your comfort zone. Teach you positive internal dialogue. Lift you up psychologically and leave you feeling strong, empowered and recovered mind, body and spirit.

Sundays 10:15 a.m. 

Alycia Moreno, 200hr RYT will be in HUB Seventeen every Sunday through February (2/4, 2/11, 2/18 and 2/25) from 10:15-11:15am. In Alycia’s classes you can expect to link breath to movement, center your mind and strengthen the body. Through mindful movement, shift back to grace, open the heart and cultivate feelings of peace and presence. All levels are welcome and yoga mats are provided for use.
